Gabala region celebrated the "Knowledge Day".
On September 15, in connection with the beginning of the new school year, 68 general education schools celebrated the "Knowledge Day". Speakers at the meeting congratulated the public on the occasion of the significant event, talked about the measures targeted, being implemented in our country in the education, the attention and care given to education by the President Ilham Aliyev, as well as the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Milli Majlis MP Mehriban Aliyeva.At the festive celebrations, as a clear indication of the care for education in the Gabala region, which has recently entered upon the path of intensive development, it was reported that 29 new school buildings were built, 5 schools were repaired, modern technical equipment was installed in each commissioned school, gyms, libraries, subject rooms, laboratories are created, modern computers are given at the disposal of students and teachers.It was mentioned that as the attention paid to the development of educational institutions became sustainable, for a new school season a secondary school for 80 pupils was put into operation in the Seidgishlag village, a modular type school for 56 pupils in the Chigatelli village, and the secondary school for 160 pupils was thoroughly repaired in the Aydingishlag village.Teachers, students and parents making speeches at the event, expressed their gratitude to the head of state for his attention and care, as well as for the conditions created.
