On September 22, 2023, the head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, received citizens again. Citizens’ applications were heard by the Head of Gabala Region Executive Power, some of the proposed suggestions and objections were settled on the spot, and the solution of the others was brought under control at the reception was attended by family members of the martyrs of the Patriotic War.
