A concert of the Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra was held at the Gabala festival
As part of the Gabala International Music Festival, on the evening of July 25, a concert program by the Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra named after Gara Garayev was presented to music lovers at the Gabala Heydar Aliyev Congress Center. First, Zahra Guliyeva, People's Artist and professor at the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibayli, delivered a speech and provided information about the orchestra's activities. The artistic director and chief conductor of the orchestra is People's Artist Fakhraddin Karimov. The concert featured works by Uzeyir Hajibayli, Arif Malikov, Gara Garayev, Fikrat Amirov, Niyazi, Tofig Guliyev, Muslim Magomayev, Musa Mirzayev, as well as G. Puccini, P.I. Tchaikovsky, A. Piazzolla, D. Shostakovich and other composers.
