A conference dedicated to “June 15 - National Salvation Day” was held in Gabala
On June 14, 2025, a conference was organized in connection with National Salvation Day. Held at the Gabala Cultural Center, the event brought together representatives of the Gabala District Executive Power, law enforcement agencies, institutions, organizations, members of the local community, elders, and youth. The conference began with the playing of the National Anthem of Azerbaijan, followed by a moment of silence in honor of National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of our lands. Opening the event with an introductory speech, Sabuhi Abdullayev, Head of the Gabala District Executive Power, greeted the conference participants and spoke about the measures, economic reforms, and ideological principles implemented under the leadership of Heydar Aliyev, the savior of our people and a great leader who made an invaluable contribution to strengthening our state independence. He also emphasized that the National Leader’s domestic and foreign policy course, as well as his state-building vision, are being successfully continued and further enriched under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev. Other speakers emphasized that National Salvation Day is not just a calendar holiday for the Azerbaijani people, but a true day of liberation with great social, political, and historical significance, and highlighted the extraordinary role played by Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in protecting, strengthening, and developing Azerbaijan's independence. The event concluded with the screening of a video dedicated to June 15 – National Salvation Day.
