A meeting with distinguished diplomat and literary scholar Vilayat Guliyev held as part of GabalaFest
Another literary and educational event was held as part of GabalaFest with the participation of former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, critic, literary scholar and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Bosnia and Herzegovina Vilayat Guliyev. The meeting, dedicated to the theme “Research, Diplomacy, Philanthropy”, featured detailed information on the diplomatic activities of the distinguished statesman, his scholarly and literary research, and his contributions to promoting Azerbaijan’s cultural heritage at the international level. Vilayat Guliyev shared his life and professional experience with the participants, his memories of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, and also answered questions from readers and festival guests. At the end of the event, which took place in a sincere and academic atmosphere, he signed his books for readers and took commemorative photos.
