A modern food processing training and production workshop opened in Gabala
On July 24, a modern training and production workshop for food processing and food drying was opened at the Gabala State Vocational Education Centre. The opening ceremony was attended by Matin Karimli, Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Science and Education, Sabuhi Abdullayev, Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Ilgar Bayramli, Director of the State Agency for Vocational Education, Idris Musayev, Director of the Vocational Education Development Fund, representatives of partner organizations, heads of educational institutions, teachers, and students. The speakers noted that the development of vocational education is one of the priority areas of state policy, emphasizing that international cooperation in this field continues to expand. It was highlighted that the projects implemented jointly by Azerbaijan and Türkiye contribute to improving the accessibility and quality of vocational education, fostering the development of local production in the regions, expanding employment opportunities for young people, developing human capital in line with labour market requirements, and making a significant contribution to socio-economic development. At the end of the event, the participants toured the workshop and laboratories, observed the food processing and drying process, and viewed samples of the products prepared as part of the event.
