On May 10, 2026, upon the initiative of the Gabala Region Executive Power, a painting exhibition dedicated to the 103rd anniversary of the birth of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev was held at the Gabala Cultural Center, after which a concert program featuring local artists was organized at the Heydar Aliyev Park of Gabala city.
