On March 16, 2026, a region-wide community cleanup campaign was held in the Gabala region as part of the “Year of Urban Planning and Architecture”. During the community cleanup, main roads, parks, and alleys were cleared, trees were trimmed, and containers for household waste, along with their surroundings, were cleaned, and the collected garbage was removed. Collectives of departments and institutions, as well as region volunteers, participated in the campaign.
