A training session on “The Role of Human Rights in Preventing Bullying” was held in Gabala as part of Human Rights Month
As part of Human Rights Month, a training session on “The Role of Human Rights in Preventing Bullying” was conducted at the Secondary General Education School No. 1 of Gabala through the joint initiative of the Shaki-Zagatala Regional Youth and Sports Department, the Gabala branch of the Mountain Shirvan Regional Representation of the Youth Development and Career Center, and the Gabala Region Education Sector. The speakers at the event highlighted the importance of protecting human rights and raising young people’s awareness in this field, emphasizing the need for educational activities aimed at fostering healthy relationships in schools, promoting mutual respect, and preventing incidents of bullying. The participants were provided with detailed information on the concept of bullying, its forms, causes, and negative consequences. The training also covered the fundamental principles of human rights, every individual’s right to live in a safe environment free from discrimination, and the importance of creating a healthy psychological climate in schools. The main purpose of the training was to enhance young people’s awareness of human rights, strengthen their knowledge and skills in bullying prevention, and promote a safe and inclusive school environment.
