Alina Grigoriyeva, Deputy Head of a faction at the Boyarska City Council of the Republic of Ukraine, was received by Sabuhi Abdullayev, Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power.
On 17 October 2026, Sabuhi Abdullayev, Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, received Alina Grigoriyeva, group leader of 31 Ukrainian children affected by the war who had been enrolled in rehabilitation services at the Gabala Children’s Rehabilitation Centre, at the administrative building of the Executive Power. Alina Grigoriyeva is a member of the Boyarska City Council in Kyiv Oblast, Ukraine, and Deputy Head of the faction of the ruling political party in the Boyarska City Council. During the reception, future prospects for cooperation in tourism, the economy, education, healthcare, culture and other fields between Boyarska, Ukraine, and the Gabala region of the Republic of Azerbaijan were discussed. Alina Grigoriyeva conveyed her appreciation to Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, for the attention and support extended to Ukrainian children.
