An ehsan was organized in connection with the anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev
On December 12, 2024, an ehsan was organized by the Gabala Region Executive Power in connection with the anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The event was attended by representatives of the Gabala Region Executive Power, New Azerbaijan Party Gabala Region Organization, law enforcement agencies, various departments, institutions, organizations, the local community, families of martyrs, war veterans and elders. The event began with a one-minute silence in honor of the dear memory of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation of our lands from occupation. Opening the event with a welcoming speech, the Deputy Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Ataya Osmanova, greeted the participants and noted that during the periods when National Leader Heydar Aliyev led Azerbaijan, he always worked to protect the national and spiritual values of our people, to develop our national culture and to enrich the traditions of the people. In his speech, the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, spoke about the invaluable services of Heydar Aliyev in strengthening the country's independence, mentioning the large projects and economic reforms carried out under his leadership. He also highlighted the importance of the Great Leader’s visits to the regions, including Gabala and emphasized that the internal and foreign policy course and state-building concept established by the National Leader are successfully continued today by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and enriched with new dimensions. During the event, prayers were read for the soul of the Great Leader, and the event continued with an ehsan.
