An event entitled “March 31 Genocide — One of the Bloodiest Tragedies in Human History” was held.
At the initiative of the Gabala Region Local History Museum, an event entitled “March 31 Genocide — One of the Bloodiest Tragedies in Human History” was held. The speakers emphasized that the massacres committed by Armenian Dashnaks, the gradual transfer of Azerbaijani lands to Armenia, as well as the deliberate and systematic policy of genocide carried out by Armenians against Azerbaijanis were of a targeted nature; it was noted that, owing to the determination of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, this genocide was given a legal and political assessment, and that President Ilham Aliyev has brought all our tragedies to the attention of the international community. At the end, a video clip reflecting the historical realities related to the topic was presented.
