An event entitled “Stages of the National Press Development” was held

History Museum. The speakers provided detailed information about the history of the Azerbaijani national press, its founder Hasan bey Zardabi, and the Akinchi newspaper he published. They noted that during the leadership of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, significant steps were taken to ensure freedom of speech and the press in the country. They also emphasized that today, as a result of the consistent reforms carried out under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijani media has entered a new stage of development.
At the end of the event, a video dedicated to the history of the Akinchi newspaper was screened.
