Sabuhi Abdullayev, Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, held an offsite reception in Topbagh village and heard the appeals of the village residents. Speaking at the event attended by responsible officials of the region executive power, heads of departments, institutions, organizations and services, as well as village residents, the Head of the Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev spoke about the construction and improvement works being carried out under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev across the country, including Gabala region, and about the measures aimed at improving the well-being of the population, emphasizing that these efforts are ongoing. Then the citizens were listened; many of the issues raised were resolved on the spot, and the decision of others was taken under control. Village residents expressed their deep gratitude to the Head of State for the attention and care shown to improving public welfare, as well as for the efforts undertaken to address social issues.
