As part of the Uzeyir Hajibayli XVI International Music Festival, a concert by the Baku Chamber Orchestra was held in the Gabala region
On September 21, 2024, as part of the Uzeyir Hajibayli XVI International Music Festival organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Baku Music Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibayli, a concert program by the Baku Chamber Orchestra took place at the Gabala District Culture Center. The concert presented by the Baku Chamber Orchestra, under the artistic direction of People's Artist of Azerbaijan, Professor Farhad Badalbayli, and conducted by chief conductor, Honored Artist Fuad Ibrahimov, was dedicated to the 139th anniversary of the birth of the great composer, musicologist, pedagogue, publicist, and social figure Uzeyir Hajibayli, who has indelibly marked the history of Azerbaijan's musical culture. During the chamber music evening, the audience enjoyed performances by People’s Artists Yegana Akhundova (piano) and Gulnaz Ismayilova (soprano), as well as Nazrin Aslanli (violin), Mahir Taghizada (baritone), and Gamar Karimli (violin), featuring works by European and Azerbaijani composers.
