Deputy Minister of Science and Education Kanan Karimzada met with citizens in Gabala region
On March 7, 2024, the Deputy Minister of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kanan Karimzada, met with citizens from Gabala, Shaki, Zagatala, Balakan, Gakh and Oghuz regions at secondary school No. 1 in Zaraghan village, Gabala city. Firstly, Deputy Minister of Science and Education Kanan Karimzada and Head of Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev visited the monument of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev located in the center of the city and laid flowers in front of it. During the reception, many of the citizens' appeals were resolved on the spot, and relevant instructions were given to take immediate necessary measures in accordance with the legislation regarding a number of issues. Then, a meeting was held with the children of Khayyam Samadov, Major of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces, a resident of the Mirzabayli village, Gabala region, who was martyred on September 19, 2023, during a local anti-terrorist operation, and with the martyr Mahammad Garayev’s mother, technology teacher Konul Garayeva, and the memory of our martyrs was commemorated. Deputy Minister Kanan Karimzada inspected the newly constructed building of Nij settlement secondary school No. 1, located in Nij settlement, where Udi people live in Gabala region, and met with teachers and students.
