Gabala celebrates “June 1st – International Children's Day”
An event dedicated to “June 1st – International Children's Day” was held in Heydar Aliyev Park in the center of Gabala city. The event brought together representatives of the region executive authority, the education sector, the local community, as well as children of martyrs and war veterans. Speaking at the event, Parviz Aghayev, a representative of the region executive authority, highlighted the state’s care for children — our future — a policy initiated by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and successfully continued today under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva. He congratulated the children on this significant occasion. Other speakers addressed children’s rights and the measures taken by the state to enhance their social protection and ensure their healthy development. The audience warmly welcomed the vibrant performances by students of the Gabala Region Center for the Development of Children and Youth, the School of Arts, and kindergarteners.
