“Graduation Day” held at secondary education institutions operating in Gabala Region
On June 13, 2026, events dedicated to “Graduation Day” were held at secondary education schools in Gabala Region. This year, the last bell of school life and the first bell of independent life rang for 1184 graduates who completed the 11th grade. The celebration events were attended by Ataya Osmanova, Deputy Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, representatives of the Shaki-Zagatala Regional Education Department and the district education sector, teachers, parents, family members of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, as well as war veterans and persons with disabilities. In their speeches, the participants highlighted the invaluable contributions of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev to the development of education in Azerbaijan and spoke about the successful policies being implemented in the education sector by President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva. They also congratulated the graduates and their parents on the occasion of Graduation Day and wished them success. At the events, graduates and students presented performances featuring songs and dances, and also put on various entertaining skits. Students who successfully completed the academic year were awarded certificates of merit.
