In Gabala region, 126 boxes of silkworms have been distributed to sericulturists

A total of 126 boxes (2,520 grams) of silkworms, incubated at the Gakh Breeding Sericulture Station, were distributed to sericulturists in Gabala on May 8, 2026. This season, contracts have been signed with 52 sericulturists in Gabala region with the aim of increasing fresh silk production to 5 tons.
