In the Gabala region, a meeting was held to discuss how to prevent arbitrary construction projects within the framework of State urban planning supervision.
On July 05, 2023, a meeting was held in the Gabala District Executive Power regarding the implementation of the Decree No. 2095 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 10, 2023, regarding the amendment of the "Regulation on Local Executive Authorities" and the "Rules of Implementation of State Urban Planning Control". Opening the event with the participation of the Gabala District Executive Power, representatives of administrative territorial circles and mayors, the head of the District Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, gave information about the works done in the region in the field of urban planning and construction activities, as well as the work that needs to be done in connection with the timely detection of law violations in this area, the quick elimination of defects, further strengthening of the state control of urban planning, and the prevention of illegal construction works. The permit to operate some non-residential building items in a simplified manner was also covered during the discussion, along with the existing state of affairs and impending duties related to it.
