October 15 - An event related to the first election of Ilham Aliyev as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan took place in Gabala district
An event was held on October 15, 2023, organized by the Gabala Region Executive Power and YAP (New Azerbaijan Party) Gabala District Organization, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the first election of Ilham Aliyev as the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 13, 2023. At the event, the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was played and the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and our martyrs who rose for the freedom of our land were commemorated with a minute of silence. Speaking at the event, Head of the Gabala Regional Executive Force, Sabuhi Abdullayev, stated that all the areas put forward by the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev were further developed by our President, and drew attention to the principles of democratic and legal state building and stated that all international and large-scale projects implemented in the region were implemented with the participation of Azerbaijan and taking into account national interests. Other speakers gave information about the achievements in the field of education, health, culture and youth policy established by national leader Heydar Aliyev. Finally, a party membership card was presented to a group of young people who had just joined the party and the documentary film “Hero of War and Peace”, dedicated to the life and activities of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, was shown.
