Professional holiday of civil servants was celebrated in Gabala region
On June 23, 2026, on the occasion of the professional holiday of civil servants, the staff of the Gabala Region Executive Power visited the monument to Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people and the architect and founder of the independent Azerbaijani state, laid flowers at the monument, and expressed their profound respect for the Great Leader. The event continued in the assembly hall of the Gabala Region Executive Power. Opening the event with introductory remarks, Head of the Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev spoke about the role of civil servants in the process of building a democratic, law-governed, and secular state in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the reforms being carried out in this field. He noted that the necessary measures are being taken to enhance the professionalism of civil servants and strengthen their social protection, and congratulated all civil servants on their professional holiday. At the conclusion of the event, a group of civil servants was awarded Certificates of Honour of the Region Executive Power for effective service in the civil service and active participation in the public life of the region.
