“June 1 – International Children’s Day” was celebrated in Gabala
On June 1, 2022, an event dedicated to the “June 1 – International Children’s Day” was held in the Heydar Aliyev Park in the center of Gabala city. Speaking at the event, which was attended by the representatives of the region’s executive power, education department, the region’s public, children of martyrs and veterans, Deputy Head of the REP Ataya Osmanova spoke about the state care for our future children, founded by great leader Heydar Aliyev and successfully continued today by President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, and congratulated the children on this significant day. Various interesting performances of Gabala Region’s Children and Youth Development Center, Art School students and kindergarten staff, especially the dance of martyr Tabriz Gasimov’s daughter Fatima Gasimova were greeted with applause by the audience. At the end, the winners of the competitions “My heart aspires to Karabakh” and “The sun rose and the world was filled with light” held by the order of the Ministry of Education in relation to the declaration of the year of 2022 the “Year of Shusha” by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev were awarded honorary diplomas, and gifts were presented to the children of martyrs and veterans by the region’s executive power.
