Regular reception of citizens takes place in the Region Executive Power.

On December 19, 2025, the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev held a regular reception of citizens. During the reception, attended by the family members of the Patriotic War martyrs and veterans, the Head of the REP listened to citizens' appeals and proposals. Some of them were solved on the spot, and the solution of others was taken under control. The martyrs’ parents and the veterans expressed gratitude to the Head of State, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for the attention and care shown.
