On the occasion of the establishment of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription in Gabala, representatives of the Gabala District Executive Power, local law enforcement agencies, various departments, enterprises, and organizations, together with the personnel of the Gabala District Branch of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, paid tribute to National Leader Heydar Aliyev by laying flowers at his monument in the city of Gabala.
