On December 12, 2024, representatives of the Gabala Region Executive Power, the Gabala Region Organization of the NAP, law enforcement agencies, administrations, enterprises, and organizations, as well as the community visited the monument of the great leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center. They laid flowers and paid great respect to the memory of the brilliant leader.
