The festival "The Secret of A Profession" was held in Gabala
On August 9, 2024, the festival titled "The Secret of A Profession" was jointly organized by the State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Gabala Region Executive Power and the Gabala State Center for Vocational Education. The main purpose of the event, organized at the Gabala Mall center, is to further expand the vocational education, ensuring the involvement of young people, parents and all interested parties in this process. During his speech at the event, Sabuhi Abdullayev, the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, highlighted that the strategy to develop the vocational preparation, originally established by the national leader Heydar Aliyev, is being effectively continued under the President Ilham Aliyev. He discussed the progress in education within the region, expressed gratitude to the country's leadership for their efforts, and wished success to the festival. Other speeches covered the strategic role of vocational education in the economic development of the country, measures to increase youth employment opportunities and interest in vocational education. The festival featured the works of students studying at professional educational institutions of Gabala, Sheki, Ismailli, Kurdamir and Gakh in tourism, culture, industry, agriculture, ICT and catering, as well as trainees of master classes and professional orientation trainings. The event also saw representatives from employer enterprises such as Aspi Agro LLC, Gabala Khanlar restaurant, and Qafqaz Gabala LLC, all of which work with the Gabala State Center for Vocational Education. At the same time, the fun games and quizzes were held for the participants of the event, the winners were awarded valuable prizes, the participants of the event were provided with information about the secrets of various professions.
