The final stage of the Gabala region school league in the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”, dedicated to the Independence Day – May 28, was held
On May 26, 2026, the final stage of the region school league in the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”, dedicated to Independence Day – May 28, was held through the joint organization of the Sheki-Zagatala Regional Youth and Sports Department, the Region Education Sector, the Cultural Center, and the Gabala Branch of the Mountain Shirvan Regional Representation of the Youth Development and Career Center. The competition was organized with the aim of enhancing the intellectual knowledge of school students, broadening their outlook, ensuring the effective organization of their leisure time, strengthening friendly relations among teams, and fostering a healthy competitive environment. The 12 teams that qualified for the final stage demonstrated their knowledge and skills in a tense competition. The Gabala City Secondary School No. 5 won first place, the Gabala City Secondary School No. 4 took second place, and the Vandam Settlement Secondary School No. 1 secured third place. The winning teams were awarded a cup, medals, diplomas, and valuable gifts by the Sheki-Zagatala Regional Youth and Sports Department.
