On June 22, 2023, at the grave of martyr Garayev Mahammad Mahir, a resident of Gabala, a serviceman of the Border Troops, who was tortured as a result of a provocation by the Armenian armed forces on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, was visited by Heads of the Executive Power of the Gabala Region, law enforcement agencies, departments, enterprises, organizations and representatives of the public of the region, they laid flowers on him, remembered his memory and read prayers for his soul. Members of the martyr's family expressed their gratitude to the country's leadership for the attention and care shown to them by the state.
