At the next reception which was held on September 15, 2023 by the head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, appeals and proposals put forward by family members of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, veterans and citizens were heard, some of them were resolved on the spot, and the decisions of others were taken under control. The parents of the martyrs and veterans expressed gratitude to the country's leadership for the care and attention shown to them.
