On November 3, 2023, the Head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev on the threshold of the Victory Day – November 8 visited the family of the martyr Mustafayev Elmaddin Muhammad, who died in the battles for the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and liberation of our historical lands. During the meeting, the martyr's family was congratulated on the Victory Day – November 8. It was noted that our people cherish the memory of our martyrs, and the families of martyrs and veterans are always in the center of attention of the government. The family was also asked about its concerns and received a festive package. Members of the martyr's family expressed gratitude to the leadership of the country for the attention and care they get.
