The next citizen reception was held at the Gabala District Executive Power.

On April 11, 2025, the Head of the Gabala District Executive Power, Sabuhi Abdullayev, held another citizen reception. At the reception, the families of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, veterans and other citizens' appeals were heard. Some of their proposals and problems were solved on the spot, while the solution of some others was taken under control. The parents of the martyrs and veterans expressed their gratitude to the President of the country, Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice-President, Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, for the attention and care shown to them.
