On April 14, 2023, the head of the Gabala Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev, visited the graves of the martyrs of the 1st and 2nd Karabakh war from the village of Boyuk Pirali, laid flowers on their graves and paid tribute to their memories. During the reception with the participation of law enforcement agencies, heads of service areas and representatives of the village community the Head of the Region Executive Power spoke in detail about the measures implemented in the direction of solving the social problems of the population was founded by the great leader Haydar Aliyev and today it is continued under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Then the citizens of the village were listened to. Many of the issues raised during the reception were resolved on the spot and the resolution of others was taken under control.
