On October 27, 2023, appeals and proposals from family members of the martyrs of the Patriotic War, veterans and citizens were heard, some of them were settled on the spot, and the decisions of others were taken under control at the next reception organised by the head of the executive power of the Gabala region, Sabuhi Abdullayev.
