The WUF13 Festival has been held in the city of Gabala

On 4 May 2026, the WUF13 Festival took place in the city of Gabala with the aim of raising awareness of the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) among residents and visitors. The event, held within the framework of the ‘Year of Urban Planning and Architecture’ and attended by more than 10,000 participants, featured an interactive program. Competitions were organized, during which participants were presented with questions on WUF13 and urban planning, as well as on the architectural monuments of the Gabala region. Participants who answered correctly were presented with gifts. The event proceeded with musical numbers performed by renowned musicians.
