The youth of Gabala went to military service
On July 5, 2024, an event was held in Gabala to mark the departure of Gabala youth for military service. The event was attended by officials from the Gabala Region Executive Power, law enforcement agencies, leaders of institutions and organizations, parents of conscripts, and representatives of the community. Participants and conscripts first visited the monument of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev, laying bouquets of flowers in tribute. Colonel-Lieutenant Latif Heydarov, head of the Gabala Region Department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, spoke at the event in Heydar Aliyev Park. He highlighted the achievements in establishing the military in our country and praised the bravery of Azerbaijani sons during the 44-day war. Sabuhi Abdullayev, the head of the Gabala Region Executive Power, emphasized the continuation of the military foundation laid by National Leader Heydar Aliyev and its further enhancement under the leadership of our esteemed President Ilham Aliyev, which has transformed the Azerbaijani Armed Forces into the strongest and most powerful in the region. He wished success to the youth in fulfilling this honorable mission. During the event, Babak Khanaliyev spoke on behalf of the parents, and Daghlar Masimov spoke on behalf of the conscripts. The ceremony continued with the dances and music of the youth. Finally, the conscripts bowed their heads in front of the Azerbaijani flag with great spirit and departed for military service.
