As part of the III CIS Games hosted by Azerbaijan, two more football matches were played. In the second match of Group B, organized at the Gabala City Stadium, the teams of Belarus and Uzbekistan met. he match ended with a 2:1 victory for the Belarusian team. The other game of the day, part of Group A, was between the national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, with the Tajikistan team winning 7:1.
