Unauthorized construction prevented during monitoring activities conducted across the region
Employees of the Gabala Region Executive Power, the Region Police Department, the North-West Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, along with representatives of other relevant government agencies, continue to conduct monitoring activities across the region to prevent unauthorized construction. During the latest monitoring conducted on July 21, 2026, unauthorized construction being carried out by a citizen along the roadside of the Mughanli–Ismayilli–Gabala highway passing through Bunud village of the Gabala region was stopped. The unauthorized structure was dismantled and removed. Citizens are once again reminded that carrying out unauthorized construction on land plots, unlawfully occupying and fencing off land plots, as well as using them for various purposes, is unacceptable.
