Unauthorized Fencing prevented in Gabala
In order to prevent unauthorized construction and land occupation in the district, regular monitoring is carried out by the Gabala District Executive Power, the District Police Department, the North-West Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and employees of other relevant organizations. During the next monitoring on April 09, 2025, the Gabala district cleared the area from unauthorized fencing work carried out by a citizen on 0.07 hectares in the protection zone of the Mughanli-Ismayilli-Gabala highway passing through the territory of the village of Nohurgishlag. Citizens are once again reminded that it is unacceptable to seize and fence land that is not their property, to build without permission and to use it for various purposes.
