An event took place dedicated to the presentation of medals to the family members of the Patriotic War martyrs
On May 26th, 2022, the Gabala Region Department of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription held an event dedicated to the presentation of medals to the family members of the Patriotic War martyrs, awarded by the relevant orders of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev for the bravery displayed in the war. During the event, medals were presented to the family members of martyrs of our region who died taking part in the combat operations in the Patriotic War, displaying courage and bravery as they performed their duties and conducted the missions. Head of the Region Executive Power Sabuhi Abdullayev noted that for the history-making achievements in the 44-day war, we are forever in debt to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the soldiers and officers of the Azerbaijani army who made this victory possible under his leadership, members of our armed forces, selfless and brave veterans who sacrificed their health and martyrs who gave their life for the sake of the Motherland. He wished the rest to the martyrs' souls, patience to their parents and health to the veterans. Members of the martyrs' families expressed gratitude to the country's leadership for the attention and care they get.
