On November 04, 2023, on the eve of Victory Day, November 8, by employees of the Gabala Regional Executive Power and representatives of departments and enterprises, families of martyrs and veterans were visited at their homes, issues that concerned them were examined, solutions were discussed, and holiday gifts were presented to families. Families of martyrs and veterans expressed their gratitude to the country’s leader for the high interest and care shown to them.
