Within the framework of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," the next general community cleanup was held in the territory of Gabala district.

On September 15, 2025, as part of the "Year of Constitution and Sovereignty," the next district-wide community cleanup was organized in Gabala. During the cleanup, main roads, parks, and boulevards were cleaned, while containers designated for household waste and their surroundings were cleared and transported. The event was attended by employees of the District Executive Authority, collectives of various institutions and enterprises, entrepreneurs, and district volunteers.
